Analysis
This was done by researching users and conducting interviews. Scenarios were created by imagining what a day in the life of this user would be like, and mapping out how your website or app would fit into their life. Touch points and reactions to the product were considered in this process.
Experience mapping is a process of detailing users’ experiences across various situations and use cases. Business and user requirements are detailed and prioritized in order to have the highest impact with the lowest efforts in the shortest amount of time.
Design
This document outlines the design specifications for the project. This includes copy and imagery, as well as task and user-flow diagrams. It also establishes specific design guidelines and style guides.
When designing a product, we start by brainstorming rough sketches. We use pencil and paper or digital tools to identify the needs and motivation of the end user. From there, we move on to lo-fidelity prototyping, which involves creating wire frames and colored post-its paper. This is where we combine, refine and expand ideas to create multiple drafts and get end user/client feedback. Finally, we create high fidelity prototypes with increased detail-level and functionality. We test and refine them until we have a final product.
Implementation
After design specifications are met product is assembled by combining Art assets, content and code to product.The product is ready for deployment.
